Beer Dip

Introduction

Delicious, easy to make, creamy dip that is a hit at every cookout.

Beer Dip

Ingredients

  • In a large bowl, mix the cream cheese, beer and dressing mix (easiest with a hand mixer or immersion blender) until smooth.

  • Add cheese and continue to mix until blended.

  • Refrigerate until serving.

  • Serve with pretzels (I prefer the braided pretzel sticks) or bagel chips.

  • 2 packages of 8oz cream cheese, softened

  • 1/3 cup beer

  • 1 envelope ranch salad dressing mix

  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
