You must send a clear image to shannon@joatmoncreations.com once order is placed. Ideal image formats include SVG, PNG, and JPG.If I am unable to get a good trace or reproduction in my software I will follow up with options.
Product Information
Etched designs will have a frosted look. It is recommended to hand wash slate items. Custom images will be converted to an engravable or proper cut file using different software methods. Additional charges may apply depending on intricacy of image.
Each creation is handmade. Some items may differ slightly from their photograph

Shipping Information:
Most in-stock items will be shipped within 3 - 5 days of the order. If an item is made-to-order then please allow a minimum of 7 to 10 days for production before shipping. I do communicate if something will take longer than expected. At this time I am only shipping within the United States.
Return and Refund Policy:
I strive for complete satisfaction, so if you are not happy with your purchase or it arrives damaged please contact shannon@joatmoncreations.com to discuss returns and refunds.
